A consortium of Information Technology (IT) companies in the United States has filed a lawsuit against the US Immigration and Citizenship Services (USCIS) in order to recover millions of dollars that were charged by the latter as H-1B visa fees.<\/strong> The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia on January 26.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
